Baffle Bag

Baffle Bags, also known as Q-Bags, are designed to offer superior stability and maximize space utilization during storage and transportation. These bags feature internal fabric baffles stitched across all four corners, which help the bag retain its square shape even after filling — preventing bulging and optimizing container and truck loading efficiency.

At Nandishwari Packaging, our Baffle Bags are manufactured from premium HDPE / PP woven fabric, ensuring excellent strength, durability, and safety. The unique baffle design allows even product distribution inside the bag while maintaining its cubic shape, which helps in reducing space wastage and improving stacking.

Our baffles are securely stitched (not glued) into the side panels with filler cords. This method provides sift-proof protection, making the bag ideal for fine powders, granules, and materials that require clean and leak-proof handling.
